Bolsa Pos-doutoramento IGC

A postdoctoral position is immediately available with the Epigenetics and Soma group at the Instituto Gulbenkian de Ciência (IGC) located near Lisbon, Portugal. We are interested in expanding studies which have been classically associated with the antigen receptor (immunoglobulin) genes of B lymphocytes: random mono-allelic expression and DNA modification reactions, namely, somatic hypermutation  and class switch recombination. We seek creative, highly motivated candidates with the ability to work independently and a strong background in molecular biology. Previous expertise in biochemistry techniques and epigenetics is preferred.
